Leave, hide, or delete a band

Choose the safe action when a project ends or you no longer need it on one account.

Hide it for yourself

In Band Profile, turn Active for me off. The band disappears from your normal band lists and its content is skipped during your sync, but the shared data remains intact.

Leave a shared band

  1. 1Open Band Profile, then Manage Access.
  2. 2Under Your Access, choose Leave Band and confirm.
Note:Leaving removes your membership. It does not delete the band's data for remaining members.

Delete a band

  1. 1Open Bands and swipe the band, or use its delete action.
  2. 2Read the confirmation carefully and confirm only if the band and all of its related data should be removed.
Important:Deleting a band deletes the band's songs and setlists. Use inactive or leave when you only want to remove it from your own working view.
