Install and pair Setz Live Bridge

Install on the Mac

1. 1Download the Setz Live Bridge DMG on the Mac that runs the show.
2. 2Open the DMG and drag Setz Live Bridge into Applications.
3. 3Launch Setz Live Bridge from Applications and leave it running during setup and performance.

Pair by QR code

1. 1Connect the Mac and the Setz device to the same local Wi-Fi network.
2. 2In Bridge, open Settings and choose Enable Pairing. A temporary QR code, six-digit pairing code, Bridge URL, and expiration appear.
3. 3In Setz, open Settings, find Setz Live / Bridge, and choose Pair with QR Code.
4. 4Allow camera access, scan the Bridge QR code, and confirm the connected status.
5. 5Disable pairing in Bridge after the device is connected.

Pair manually

In Setz Bridge settings, choose manual pairing and enter the Bridge URL plus the current six-digit code. On the same Wi-Fi the URL normally uses the Mac's local 192.168.x.x address and port 5055. If Setz is installed on the same Apple silicon Mac, use http://127.0.0.1:5055 or http://localhost:5055.

Keep Bridge updated

Bridge checks for updates automatically. You can also choose Setz Live Bridge > Check for Updates… from the Mac menu bar.
