The four parts
- Song cues: each song can hold a Pro Tools memory location and automatically assigned MIDI triggers for the song and its segue.
- Set Flow: arrange intros, songs, segues, pauses, scheduled starts, Bridge commands, and custom MIDI actions.
- Track Controller: run the set manually or with Auto Play, see countdowns, pause/resume, continue, skip, and stop.
- Setz Live Bridge: the Mac app that receives Setz commands over the local network and sends them to Pro Tools, a MIDI-capable app, or both.
Recommended setup order
- 1Add song lengths and any Pro Tools memory locations.
- 2Install and pair Setz Live Bridge.
- 3Enable and test Pro Tools and/or MIDI output.
- 4Auto-assign missing triggers and send the band's song library to Bridge.
- 5Build the Set Flow for the show setlist.
- 6Rehearse the Track Controller from start to finish while Bridge is armed.
